SeaBreeze is a beautiful contemporary styled villa located in the exclusive Royal Westmoreland Community. Displaying traditional grandeur and occupying a commanding position on the Lancaster Ridge, this westerly facing villa boasts uninterrupted views across Royal Westmoreland’s lush golf fairways to the Carribean Sea.
Arranged over two floors, the villa is designed as a contemporary home, with a variety of different living areas, all of which enjoy sweeping westerly sea views over the 16th and 17th fairways for amazing sunsets.
The main house comprises four ground floor bedrooms, (three king and one twin/king bedrooms), all with en-suite ultra modern bathrooms, air conditioning and ceiling fans. The kitchen is fitted with Miele appliances: a combo oven, steam oven, microwave, wine fridge, and dishwasher. There is a separate media room with cable T.V, and WiFi is provided throughout. The stunning full width upstairs verandah with circular seating is perfectly positioned to watch those stunning Barbados sunsets! The verandah also accommodates alfresco dining and loungers to relax and unwind.There is a separate two bedroomed cottage (queen and twin rooms) with bathroom, kitchenette, private patio and a verandah with a BBQ. The large 42 ft. long saltwater pool with ‘in -pool’ loungers is the ideal spot to relax and soak up the sun.
Villa staff includes daily housekeeping and a cook.
The Clubhouse, Rum Shack and Mullins beach bar are all available for use, with complimentary transportation to Mullins Beach included. Golf can also be arranged at Royal Westmoreland.
